- Travel time to site
- First hour of labour
- Gas tightness test of installation from the meter control value up to and including all appliances
- Visual inspection of all exposed gas pipe work
- Completion of flue checks as listed in the gas safety in use regulations
- Gas boiler efficiency check and gas rate of all appliances
- Safe operation of appliance safety devices of all gas appliances
- Setting and adjustment of appliance operating pressures for all gas appliances
- Replacement parts charged at an additional cost (10% on suppliers invoice price list available on request)
- Assessment of ventilation requirements
- Issue of gas safety inspection paper work.
